Create cover and master pages for a booklet in Indesign

I require someone with exceptional Adobe Indesign skills to make me

to Adobe files.

1. A booklet cover and back template (see video). This will be

laid up an A4 page 2-up

2. Master pages for the booklet, so it is ready to add text.

3. Make a small modification to the head of the silhouette image to look

a little more like my head (with hair) (see the video)

If you wish to bid for this job you must have excellent in design skills and have

designed e-book's and booklets before.
