Design a Satire Cartoon for Uni Student's

I want to create a cartoon T-Shirt design, targeted at University students in Australia, that makes fun of current trends + news in the media. Something funny, relevant and maybe a tad bit controversial, referencing pop culture, politics, TV and Movies etc.
The idea is to have the logo on the front, with the monthly edition number (November 2014) and then the relevant satire cartoon on the back, with a witty caption and the topic of the cartoon.
Design an 'August 2014' addressing Death of Robin Williams+ Ananconda vid (e.g Robin Williams, displeased in heaven, looking down at the landscape of the entertainment industry. Man is on phone talking to god watching anaconda video and asking for a trade...hinting how ridiculous the anaconda video is. Caption: Hey god, can we make a trade?
This is just an example of what august 2014 would look like. Will give much bigger incentives on future design's.
