Ad Hoc Graphic Designer

We are a quarterly design and lifestyle magazine in need of a creative, driven and motivated graphic designer to join our team. The candidate should be able to handle different kinds of design generated in Photoshop, or in Illustrator (or suitable equivalent). We often require things such as Facebook covers, magazine print ads, web banner ads, website page graphics, newsletter design, etc. The work will range from complete, from-scratch design and concept generation, to simply fine-tuning/re-doing designs we might have created in-house or have received from clients. We generally are very busy close to our print deadlines and would require quick turnarounds during these periods, including design ideas for feedback and revision. This will hopefully give you an idea of the standard of work that we expect as a minimum (we want better than we have already!).
