Do some 3D Modelling

I have a character I need made for ComiPo! [login to view URL] saying that File size: 8 MB or smaller No. of vertices: 60,000 vertices or fewer No. of surfaces: 60,000 surfaces or fewer (20,000 or fewer recommended) No. of objects: 64 or fewer No. of materials: 64 or fewer No. of textures: 8 or fewer Texture size: 2048 x 2048 dots or smaller Texture file size: 4 MB or smaller Total texture file size: 8 MB or smaller Data interpolation (curved surface control, mirroring, rotating body) is not used this link is specifically the guide to the MQO or OBJ files that are necessary to upload them there. I have numerous reference links to the cat I want to style it after. The basic cat shape WONT CHANGE but the positions will. I have no idea how to do 3D rendering, so any information you can post in your offer will count for a lot. I want to see 3d graphic references and portfolios. There will be a standing cat, sitting cat, running, head tilted, sleeping and one with it holding a paw up. The face will pretty much be blank and simple but I want the cat to be black and white. I think I have a ton of references for the cat. PLEASE WRITE A DESCRIPTIVE PROPOSAL. I won't accept any ONE LINERS...Be creative and tell me your ideas. Show that you read the specs because this HAS TO WORK for ComiPo!
