Create a simple, colorful and editable version of the following flow chart:

I only have three requirements up front:

- It needs to be easily understandable and takes little effort to read. (The version above is not very simple)

- I need to be able to overlay Japanese text in the file after completion and be able to modify the process in the event that changes occur.

- I would prefer to have it created in Omnigraffle, however, a Visio version is acceptable.
