Design a flyer

I need a handout flyer for an upcoming event. The subject of this event is The Importance of Information Security and will be targeted to small business owners, most of whom you must assume are computer illiterate. Several security topics need to be touched on in an easy to read, graphical and catchy way. This will be either a full 8-1/2 X 11 color printout, or half that size for easy handling. Along with the topic, there should be a "gotcha" phrase to highlight the particular vulnerability, and then a brief explanation of how the problem can be solved easily and on a budget. Example: Topic: The importance of regular backups The "gotcha" phrase: "Would your business survive a computer theft or fire?" Solving the problem: "BackupPC is one example of free, open source software that can perform automated regular backups of all the computers in your business." An image of a smoldering laptop along with the above "gotcha" phrase would make the point that much more obvious, and that is exactly what I'm looking for from you creative geniuses. I have several other topics in mind for this handout that will be given only to the chosen provider. Please note that I will only consider bids from providers that are willing to provide a very quick mock-up of the the above topic example. (Just use that wording for now.) Doing so will show me that you actually read this entire description, and ensure that we are on the same page. The budget for this project is one hundred dollars or less, unless you provide me a mock-up that knocks my socks off.
