Hello, please bid a fixed price for this project and indicate when you can complete this. I need you to create a new PSD and jpg file Please use the Capital One PSD as your base and create a new PSD for Eco-mail. I attached an old Eco-mail JPG where the light blue colors are incorrect. I want to use new green colors for this Eco-mail file. I attached a file titled “Eco-mail Exchange graphic…” You will see the Eco-mail icon in green. Can you please use this green and create a new Eco-mail PSD using Capital One PSD as the starting point. i think i attached the Capital One PSD file but it is 20mb and may not go through. Please advise me of another way to get you a 20 mb file if you do not see it attached to this bid. Once this one is complete, I have two more jobs similar to this where I will want to use the Capital One as the basis for those new ones as well. Thanks for bidding. Kevin
