Create a Whiteboard Video

Hello i have a very simple project the video i want created is like the one listed below with a few exceptions which i am listing below. 1. in the beginning of the video below it says something about contractors and has a few images of a contractor. I want the beginng of my video to show images of business owners not contractor and if you can do the voice over it should say business owners as well. 2. in the video there is another place that says home imporvements i want the video to say business owners 3. at the end of the video where it lists the other companies website name i want my website name instead. 4. You have to find and change all images so the video looks unique. Here is the video i want you to copy except for the above mentioned.......please only bid if you can do the voice over and the video in american english . Thanks
