Add new features to a website

Background: I have an already existing website which was built with ASP.NET MVC. The website has some very basic content management for some of the pages. This website was built for a small not for profit charity organisation with a presence in 3 different countries. The website has the regular structure that you would expect Home About Events Members Contact Us What I need I need to add some new features to the website. I want to be able to point multiple sub domains for each country to the same website and have it pull different content on relevant pages based on the subdomain e.g. [login to view URL]: this should display content from all countries [login to view URL]: this should display content from only county1 etc The page structures would remain exactly the same, all that needs to be done is include code that looks at the domain and decides whether to filter the content or not. On the content management side, I need to be able to set up users for each country and automatically have whatever content they upload be mapped under their own country subdomain. I also need restrictions on image uploads i.e. size restriction and dimension restrictions, (I think I have code for this on a past project so I can provide it if required) Images will also now be uploaded to a windows azure blob rather than stored on disk (I have the code for that as well, if you are unable to implement this state it in your quote). Code files are on bitbucket, I would expect that the work be done and updated there so some knowledge of git is required. Please note the required skill set as I have no intention of commissioning a build from scratch so no bids from php developers please.
