If it were me, I would definitely split the site up into more than 2 or 3 pages. I would have a home page that gives a brief overview, an about us page, a contact us page, and I would list the storage units as if they were products and allow for purchase through the site. (Listing them as products would also make comparisons and up-sells easier)
