Convert a Template to a Website

We need someone to customize our WordPress theme. We already made it partially, but need some things better done. If you find some difficulty in customizing existing theme, we are open to start it from scratch. It's a 3 language website: [login to view URL] I. EXISTING ITEMS THAT DON’T WORK 1. Icon problems on some browser (picture 01) 2. contact and feedback buttons aren't working (picture 02) 3. login with social icons doesn’t work 4. arrange the 8 paragraph on home page to look as the first 4 (picture 10) 5. click on our email address on the bottom left doesn’t work II. CHANGE EXISTING ITEMS 1. Modify NEWSLETTER to “Partner registration” 2. Change picture 4 “Trust” from the 6 rolling pictures (we have another one) 3. modify text on the rolling images (picture 03, 04, 05, 06) 4. modify email address as jpg or other because actual one attracts SPAM 5. upload all new content text we’ll give to you in DOC format in 3 languages III. CREATE NEW ITEMS 1. Create new subpage “PARTNER REGISTRATION” (picture 09) 2. Add new button to the bottom right and create a link to [login to view URL]: Consumer Protection Authority – ANPC (picture 10) 3. Add new button to the bottom right and create it’s subpage: TERMS OF USE Project is considered as done when uploaded to our hosting and it is fully functional in 3 languages without any error.
