Design a Website Content & Integrate it

READ BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING OR MESSAGING ME OR DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME... We need a PROFESSIONAL content design for our online marketing site which we want to launch by March. The site is built with Codeigniter PHP framework and uses Bootstrap CSS... You will need to be familiar with Bootstrap. We have already designed the layout of the site and we are happy with it. We just need to have the newly integrated content to be designed in very professional manner. Our Requirements; 1) Professional design for 8-10 pages of content. 2) Fix existing design flows and bugs. 3) Make content design compatible with mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, Android etc. and all other full browsers. 4) We need dedicated designer for this job who will work with us directly and communicate through online Google chat while the work is in progress. We do not accept any companies who just get projects and hire other 3rd party people. TERMS; 1) We may ask for unlimited revisions until we are 100% satisfied. 2) We may ask for the whole thing re-done from scratch if we are not satisfied somehow. (This includes new mockup unlimited times) 3) We will add first 50% milestone at the beginning of the project. 4) We will add second 50% milestone while the project is done half way. 5) We will release first milestone when project is completed by 75% 6) We will release second milestone when project is completed by 100% We will preferably award the project to those who provide us a mockup to show the talent of himself/herself. There will be maximum of 50% bonus depending on the work is done beyond our expectation.
