Design a Website Mockup & implementation of design -- 2

Short description: Develop design and implement the design in kohana framework.

Detailed scope:

Scope of work includes the following in respect of design and implementation of design on kohana framewok ([login to view URL]), but not limited to:

1) Create and integrate design into all pages of the website html + CSS + jQuery-UI Theming.

2) Main page slideshow integration, creating slides for slideshow, video integration into main page (embed code).

3) Crossbrowser design tuning (for major and most popular website browsers)

4) 3 languages: All texts in website (including texts on slideshow) should be inside php function (I'll give precise example) so when script will face this function, it will take unique name of the piece of text (which is given to the function) and will insert according text on one of three languages (En, KZ or Ru), depends on what language is on.

5) Logo design (need to redesign existing logo, if good, or create another); Service name design.

6) design for emails. All emails website is sending (registration confirmation, for example).

1 STEP, design integration in next pages can start in 3 - 5 days.

- index page,

- login, signup,

- user area, update account info

- messages between users, inbox, conversation page,

- project creation,

- payment (for project) page (logos of payment gateways can be inserted later)

2 STEP

Login with facebook and login with [login to view URL], 2 payment gateways.

Pages can be designed right away. We can integrate functionality inside design, after design is created.

3 STEP

Design for features "Presents" and "Events" should be integrated when development finished.

Development of these features, including testing period should take up to 3 weeks approx.

- public profile (participation of this user in areas of website which are under development can be added later, after 2nd, 3rd steps)

- statistics (personal activity, edit project,...) (participation of this user in areas of website which are under development (presents and events) can be added only after 2nd and 3rd steps finished)

Design and implementation of static pages could be designed and implemented w\o significant time delay
