Design a widget concept and mock up how the widget will look on five test websites (concept design only, no code) -- 2

The Business Imperative

We wish to design a reputation widget. It has similar functionalities to the TripAdvisor reputation widget. You can see an example on this website: [login to view URL] (Look for the TripAdvisor widget on the left hand side of the scren).

This project is not:

* To build a widget in HTML

* To build any code

This project IS to get the right conceptual design for our widget.

Upon accepting this job you will receive:

* A non-disclosure agreement

* A product vision document, as well as some ideas from our competitors

* Some proposed IA. Note you don't need to strictly follow the IA, its there as a guide. So long as the design meets the business objectives.

* Five URLs of the test sites we're asking you to mock the widget in, so we can see it will work with a variety of sites. This may suggest you need to use neutral colours to make it easy to slot into any site.

* A one-page easy to follow style guide which you can OPTIONALLY follow.

The proposed process:

* Milestone 1: Provide one-three design options for the reputation widget for our review in PNG form. We will provide feedback within 24 hours.

* Milestone 2: Provide one mockup of the widget in one of our test sites in PNG form.

* Milestone 3: Provide the other four mockups of the widgets in the other four test sites.

* Milestone 4: Provide all source files (for example, GIMP or Photoshop files).

We would like all 4 milestones to complete this week.

You may be hired back by the hour next week for advice on implementing it, this is at your option.

All deliverables should be able to be easily coded in HTML format (ie no impossible designs should be submitted).
