A very interesting website design - Responsive, sleek and modern

Please check attachment before bidding! Please also include in your response how long will it take you to complete the project. A new website to be designed and developed (html only). Not so much designing involved since I have figured out how we want to design, so your tasks would be to just brush up on it and write the html and css for it to look. This is NOT a web development project where you have to write asp.net/php code, I have already written it myself and I myself will be doing the integration. You just need to give me the working html. Guidelines • Well written, properly commented/documented code, and clean html and css. By clean, I mean not writing anymore than that needs to be written. • The website must be responsive, so we are talking about html5 stuff here. It must be viewable on mobile and tablets. If you haven’t done any responsive designs in the past, then please don’t take this project up. I would like you to show me mocks up as to how you plan to shift things around when our supplied designs (desktop) are viewed on mobile and other handheld devices. • Lastly I am not looking for anyone who is looking to brush up their skills using this project. It will be a very difficult project if you are not good at html and css. • Please send me at least 2 of your web designs. One of them MUST be responsive.
