Design and Development for a Joomla Site

This project involves building and designing a website using Joomla. The site will consist of approximately 25 pages, mainly content. The site will also need a contact form with CAPTCHA. The form needs to have a drop down area to choose a recipient. The form also needs to offer the option of selecting multiple recipients. Attached you'll find two files of sample layouts. Our client likes the overall layout of [login to view URL], but the colors are too dark. Our client would like to see the colors of [login to view URL] incorporated into concept02.bmp. Please go to [login to view URL] to access the photos for this site. You may choose the photos that look the best with the overall design. This project requires a high level design. Therefore, within 72 hours of bid acceptance we will require the selected bidder to provide at least 3 design samples for the project. Please provide examples of your previous Joomla design work, accompanied by your bid. Workers who do not place a bid or provide examples will not be considered for this project.
