Create an Easy to Use BLOG SITE using GODADDY WORDPRESS -need some custom graphics/animation

I am venturing into the world of CELEBRITY BLOGGING. I have never blogged before and need a SIMPLE, EASY TO USE WORDPRESS BLOG SITE that allows me to easily create multiple blog post per day, each blog entry needs to be seperate and easily identifiable from one to the other. I also need to be able to archive posts as needed. Of course i need to have the capability to add pictures captions all the bells and whistles in an EASY TO USE INTERFACE --where i can do this no problem. I have decided to use the godaddy wordpress blog/website builder to create the site so you must be familiar with GoDaddy website builder and wordpres in General. I want the design of the site to be BRIGHT AND FUN and there is a certain graphic/animation that i had i mind that i would like to use on the header next to the logo so would like someone who can provide that in the creation of the blog.
