I am in need of a site that functions similar to Rate My Professor along with some minor front end changes. Website will have nothing to do with the topics of Universities or Teachers so I will need all titles to easily be changed by myself once you have completed the project. Titles can remain generic if easier for you since they will be changed anyway. There are a couple other minor tweaks that I will discuss through email with the person selected. I have a little coding knowledge but not an incredible amount so I will need an easy Admin page created for customization as well.
