Build a Website

I need a landing page. 1 page with not really to much to It. wallpaper or background could be a light blue pastel I'm thinking. Also, a simple form box like what you would see on getresponse creator. Just a "enter in your best email" with a box to do It; and a footer simple like "we respect your privacy". and of course a Header and a sub header. Also I thought of 3 lines of bullets under or beside the box where they enter there email. Then a button to click instant access. But also incuded when they click on Instant Access, (or whatever Is on the button), Instead of being redirected to the thank you page; they see a new page that says thank you for subscribing to my newsletter with a live countdown; maybe with a beep, as It go's 5-4-3-2-1- THEN they redirect to the thank you page. Which Is a video I'll install. So I need the squeeze page opt-in page and have code integrated into it. So the same page changes to the countdown with a short delay before the video/thankyou page. What do you think" I'm In pacific time hope to here from you soon; by the way this is only my concepts this is not a In-stone discription or exzacly what I need~Dale.
