Advertising company script in php (custom made script)

I need a custom made PHP scripts for an advertising company website, i DON'T NEED a wordpress or other platform script but it has to be pure PHP + Mysql. PLEASE apply only if you are a good developer and you know what you are doing! It's a BIG project and it require a lot of programming! All the website's features has to work on every machine, computers, tablets, smartphones etc. There will be a member's area (including registration form and login) People can buy advertising packages where they get website impressions, banners impressions, credits for a social media traffic exchanger and credits to use to watch other people website to earn money. I already have the social media traffic exchanger scripts, so it has only to be implemented. In the website there will be banners, customers if have any credits to use to advertise with banners they can create banners campaigns and they will be shown in all pages of the website. There will be a specify page where people can check on their banners campaign statistics, such how many views they had, how many clicks they got on the banners etc. The main function will be about advertising website impression, so once a person do buy an ad pack he get views to a website. There will be a page where people can set an advertising campaign for website's views, as well another page where they can check how many views they got on the homepage etc. They can watch other people's website as well and earn money for every website they see. It will be a fixed amount of money per each website click and it will be required to watch the website for a certain amount of seconds. There will be a limit on how many website they can watch every day, and they can increase that limit upgrading their membership level. There are 3 different membership levels. As well there will be an e-wallet section and it's very important that i will have the payment processors set up (where i can receive money from customers). There are other minor features and I will explain them and give more informations in private once i will hire somebody. It's very important that the design is going to be well done, and has to be in a recent design trend ( no old stile looking bad design) That's almost all, but as I said there will be more features that I will need. It's a revenue share advertising company!
