hello i have seen your requirement and i can finish this project in less than 5 days..All it needs is the API key which can be generated by me or you can provide me the API key as these keys provides the authentication from google to have access to youtube videos and it would be be better to provide these keys from your google account if in case you want to extend your usage plan in future as google allows free usage of its API upto some extent on daily basis
