Apartment Complex Website/app or software

From almost 4 years of experience working in a student housing apartment complex and seeing pretty much every side and point of view to the job, I have come to the conclusion that there needs to be a software and app to cover all areas of the job. Right now, most properties use a number of different softwares or websites that each cover a different area, my goal is to create something for every position to be able to use for whatever their area of expertise is. it needs: -to have the capability to upload a property map (and/or create your own with a drag and drop type scenario), and zoom into a specific unit -if you click on the unit, it should pull up who lives there and their contact information -from the unit, a separate link that would generate something like a pop up window. I would like to have maintenance history and another one for any co-signer/guarantor information and maybe even one for payment history. -for student housing the software would need to have something to assist with roommate matching, possibly to pull up people with similar roommate matching forms to use to dig deeper and see if they actually are a match but also to match people who put the names of who they want to live with in their roommate matching form -a separate area for follow up with potential prospects -a separate area solely for maintenance requests and follow up, etc. -this is where the app would come into play, maintenance guys and leasing agents should download the app. For maintenance they need to be able to pull up the maintenance request for whatever unit they are working on/in and update the status (completed, waiting for part etc.) and for leasing agents to comment on the follow up if a prospect were to contact them after office hours or when they didn't have access to a computer. -to have to ability to pull reports into excel format -ideally it would be AMAZING to have the ability to post charges and take payments, almost every property uses Yardi Voyager and has for years so I don't know how realistic it would be to wean companies off of it but that would put us WAY above "the rest"
