Apptha Marketplace for Magento - Filter By City and location.

we are using apptha marketplace on magento site our theme is intenso (themeforest) So i need customization from apptha module with the following terms: 1. Sellers must be located by city, so all products created by seller must be added to at seller city too. 2. Idea of locate sellers and products is that visitor can choose buy from all country, or choose a city and buy products near of them. 3. We need a filter on header to choose: All country, or specific city...(dropdown) 4. We need that intenso block: featured, on sale, recent products will be located or configured to display in these terms products from specific city if are added on. Idea of this, is that each city has their home page (like main site or entire country, not main slider, only blocks mentioned) Concept is that visitors can choose a city and see only products related that city inside categories, also if put filter to all country again site must display products from all cities again. All country view must be by default. Please, check theme and let me know real estimate quote for that task, i dont answers questions like how is your budget for this proyect? I need real proposal of quote to agree and confirm some terms and star job.
