I have a website that uses PHP and Flash. I am looking for someone who can edit the template files associated with it. The files are stored on a remote server. I want to have a very vibrant and color Japanese-like theme for my website. It is only uses PHP and flash. I have a few template files that I would like to possibly incorporate into the website.
