Build a Website

I have a social network with about 9,000 people registered on it. I lost the password information associated with this website so I need someone to make me another social network website and migrate those 9,000 people on to the new social network which you are making for me. You just provide me with the new admin password and username and also the information associated with the database and all other information pertaining to getting acess to the website and it's functions. The duration of the project is a week. The language used is pup and mysql. I need you to set the social network website on my server. The website must provide registration, wall features, slide show for design. The name of the website is youbook.info. Design, programming and content writing must be done for this project.
