Here the candidate needs to be smart with words and should be eager to work to get both ends meet at the end of the day.
Criteria:
1. Must be well versed in English and must not fumble while talking with the client.
2. Presentable and should have market grabbing experience.
3. Should be ready with answers to the questions asked by the client.
The candidate can work any time of the day or take as many leaves possible however the work is a must to be brought.
A simple policy, no work no pay.
1. The payment is p.a and not monthly.
2. The payment depends on the project brought in and not to be developed.
