Build a Website

I'm building a confession website based on Wordpress where people can post their anonymous confessions. 1) Website should look like white version of [login to view URL] instead of dark, if you can make a nicer design then there is now go for it but please draw it first and show me the image, then after my approval you can implement it into Wordpress, if not leave it as it is but please make it white. I dont need blue menu like there is on [login to view URL] 2) Posts on the index should have titles 3) [login to view URL] - This page is made so that people can post their confessions. It should also have title and Google captcha. New posts added by users should be pending for admin approval. Every person can post only 2 posts in 1 day (based on cookies or IP). 4) Implement Google captcha for posting comments 5) Approve/Condemn function is not working properly. This should work as each user click approve or condemn only once per each post and cannot change the choice once it's clicked. 6) Next to like buttons please add G+ button both on index and on post pages 7) Next to logo add like button of my FB page [login to view URL] - It should look like this [login to view URL] - Button should have count number of likes. 8) Site must be responsive for all screen resolutions and devices. 9) Sidebar must have "confession of the day", "confession of the week" and confession of the month" like [login to view URL] 10) "Sort by: Newest, Approved, Condemned" is not working. "Newest" will be a default like in every Wordpress. 11) After everything else is done i'll send you Adsense codes to add banners on the website. Left side vertical banner will be one of the positions.
