I would build a fast, responsive using a framework such as bootstrap. If needed I can also build a wordpress page for ease of updating.

A simple, nice-looking and innovative website will be delivered. Although at this point it is not clear whether the website will also handle the system management i.e. handling data of patients etc. For example if you want to have a full fledged website with an online appointment registration facilty, patient admitted and discharge data, stock such as drugs etc entry, then the time required may be one week. On the other hand if you want a simple website for a small clinic with one or two doctors without patient admission facilty then the job will be delivered within 3 days. However, if you want online registration for appointment for patients (so that people can book their appointment online beforehand), it can still be included.
