Build a Website

Introduction The basic purpose of this project is to provide Test for students on various topics. We are looking for a developer who can make a complete website as per our needs. The project is to start from Feb 2016. We request the developers /Team to submit your complete quote. We will shortlist the bidders and only the technically strong one and reliable ones will be awarded. The team will need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement –NDA. The project or codes cannot be sold personally without our knowledge. Outline of the project: Module For Individual Users: The Site will have various courses free and priced under various categories. Similar to that of [login to view URL] The users can come and register with us to learn these courses. For priced courses can be purchased online. Module for Group/Club/Institute: Sometimes these same courses will be provided for a group/clubs .The administrator should be able to create a new subdomain or internal page (which ever could be easy, need best suggestion by the developer on this). This whole setup must me easy and less time consuming. The group and users of the group will be created only by us and not directly. The group will have a page where their logo/banner /address and other profile will be added in the header /footer. The courses can be added to the group in a single click. Reports: Reports are to be Graphical. Reports to be send to different mails. Gamification Module to be included. Course Module The course module will have both Lessons and Test Topics/Chapters Format : PDF, PPT, Word or video Test/Exam · Clock monitoring (this feature can enabled or disabled by admin) · Results to be displayed after Test and Mail to be send to the desired email Specified, Provision to include multiple emails) · Provision to give Number of Attempts for Test Module Sample: Each topic will have a Question bank were “N “ number of Questions and solutions posted. The Tutor when setting the Test will select the number of questions to be appeared. Each time random sets of questions is prepared and test to be conducted. For example The Bank will have 200 Questions Test will be conducted for 50 ones each time. For this we have planned to have a priority meter from 1 to 5. The Tutor when entering the questions itself will mark the important one with higher priority. Priority Questions are important ones and these have to be 70% in a Question paper. Administrator The Dashboard must be very interactive showing the total activity taking place in the entire site. Only the admin have rights to set different levels of users to the site. Admin only have the rights to delete a course. Instructors These are the ones who uploads the questions to topic to the site. Create the Group ,Add Users to the group etc. Tutors These are the in charge for the group .Their Dashboard is simple and can know the group activities and their cumulative reports. Users These are the students who is going to use our service. Note: This is a rough outline of the site, You can give me more suggestions or improvement. Payment will be made only one achieving different Milestones . Because Last time a developer got paid and dragged the work for 2 months and i was not satisfied on his work. The Successful bidder will have to take care of all future updates to the site and can be charged for it on that time based on the service. I know most points are not covered .I like to get more inputs from the developers rather than feeding my inputs.
