We have a Service business and we would like to bring it on our website where service calls are registered , tracked and closed and
consumer/user/customer is able to track the call status online either through website,sms or a mobile application
Some of the roles in this business
Users - ALL Consumers / users of website -Can register and track their call
Service Providers - Based on the type of service, Service Providers can be registered with information and some documents attachment
Technitians - Can track call and can close
Admin - Can Monitor the call using a dashboard
Backend Team - Can register , assign , un assign ,change, modify , delete the calls .
Finance Team - Can manage the receivables and payable and can see related reports

City , Type of Service , Mobile number, email address etc
Upon placing the call , users gets a unique number through sms and email . Backend team can assign this call to Partners's Technitians
based on his availability with time details etc
Upon Assignment the user is informed about the service timing
Technitians after resolution can close the call.
