Build a Website -lottery syndicate site

I want to build a lottery syndicate website very similar to this example [login to view URL] with the same functionality. It needs to incorporate a third party UK Direct Debit payment processor such as [login to view URL] And as per the example website, where you sign up, do the Direct Debit authorization and then return to my site It needs to have a membership section ( login via username/password) In the membership section ( client’s online account, so to speak) it needs to show the following:- a) Current lottery numbers used for the syndicate name they are in ( Tuesday Numbers and Friday Numbers). There will be more than one syndicate and each syndicate will have different amounts of members ( upto a max of 55) b) Any winnings from previous draws shown as a balance on their account. The ability for them to send me (The Manager) and email saying they want to withdraw X amount of £’s c) Their names, address , post code and contact telephone details All the details of the membership section I expect I will have to fill in manually on a daily basis. needs to work on ipad/android as well.
