Operations performance will be measured on leads for continued/expanded operations contract.
Proposal Needs:
- Please divide the proposal cost between Setup (one-time) and Operations (monthly)
- Preferably a one-stop-shop for content and design. But we are open to design ideas and content out-sourcing
