Build a Website with graphical Backend managing

I need a website, can be made using wordpress... I need it to be able to have the ability to:
Have a login and password for the user
1) Have an area where the user can input an order number, and 4 more field items.
2) Upload an image
When the order number and image area uploaded they are stored in the backend.
This backend needs to be made in such a way that it is automatically backed up every day.
The backend also needs to be user friendly so I can create new user and passwords.
Also, I need to be able to edit the submission fields.
Then I need the ability to export all the data into an excel sheet (including the images)
