We have some question to start this project....... 1. want to use any cms like word press or custom php? 2. Any permission should you needed for activate in login account? 3. To visit your web site login is must or they can visit as a guest? 4. Is that any eCommerce web site? We are new in freelancer but not in banner designing, So if you give us a chance to do this work that's should me helpful. Price should be negotiable. We really need to grow up our profile. My approach is very simple towards every project. I first understand the requirements and code of the project if its current running website. Then I start making document after understanding requirements then first i download the code then start working on local server and after full thorough testing and check there should not be any function or GUI or database issues is left then i update the same on production.
