1. Website Buttons or Calls to Action a) USER LOG IN: capture all information from customer user profiles; b) Individual Courses; c) CE Course Packages; d) Live Course Offerings- “click on this date” or a calendar; e) Get Certified! : time/date/location/details/pictures of live classes; f) Testimonial Page; g) State Map Page with “drop down menu” of all States and U.S. Territories listing requirements for licensure and renewal; h) Instructor Bio Page i) Pass The MBLEx (Professional Tutoring); j) Purchase Liability Insurance; k) Message on home page that all classes are Mobile, Mac, PC, and Tablet friendly 2. Course Content: a) Courses have a Title, Course Instructions, Section Highlights, Learning Objectives, Course Content, a Work Cited Page, Final Exam. b) All courses need headings to include Title, CE Provider Info, # of hours, format (online), etc. 3. Testing: Each Course has a Final Exam (Graded by the website). a) I cannot use pre-built testing software. It has to be built by the web admin, and be free from constant upgrades, compatibility problems with the framework, plug in issues, etc. b) Allow participants to begin each course by having simultaneous access to one test question at a time, as content appears, with the “scrollable” course content visible “above” the question. c) Final exam can be taken unlimited times without a timer d) Question Format: Multiple choice and true/false e) If logging out, record the test questions already taken f) Tests may need to have expiration dates, per individual states deadlines. Customer account shows archived record of previous course taken with final exam results. 4. Customer Transcripts including: a) Participant first and last name, Profession license, Address, City, State, Zip code, Phone, Email, Name of Course Taken, Date. b) Need email sent to me containing student transcripts and user account information, once a student takes and passes coursework. 5. Certificates of Completion produced for student, upon successful completion of passing an exam. They are created from the criteria captured by initial customer Sign Up. Generated by the site. a) must include instructor & company name; course name; date, format (online), CE Provider #, provider email and phone number and address; number of hours completed. b) Should be emailed directly to customer upon course completion and passing of the final exam c) Retained in each customer account for future viewing/use. 6. Record Keeping: a) A way to keep track of who has completed coursework, who has not, and why; b) After a certain number of days, an email is sent to the account holder’s email reminding them to complete any unfinished coursework that is incomplete; c) Need to categorize customers who have finished coursework, from those who have NOT (with their sign up date, number of days since they started) d) Need Archiving: after completion of a test, participants should have that test archived in their account records. As changes and updates occur for individual tests, the newest versions will reflect as a “new course” purchase with possibly different questions/answers; e) Confirmation of Completed Courses/Final Exams 7. Tracking Customers: a) Categorizing customers by how they take my online courses (PC, MAC, Smart phone, Tablet); b) According to the state; c) Emails get sent out reminding customers of their renewal deadline with their respective state’s requirements. 8.
