Hi sir, For this project we can use the wordpress + membership pro plugin + custom payment gateway module; so we can build the site with CMS easy and then for membership we can use membership pro plugin with modifications according to our needs. With little modifications to the membership plugin we can Make part of the site private Full site private Have private content which can accessible only to paid membership users Membership levels ( with different payment plans) and etc. For payments I believe we need to use custom payment gateway integration with paypal and as you need to divide the payments in to 4 accounts first we need to receive payments from our user account to one main paypal account of your site. Then we can use paypal API feature called Mass payments to submit payments for your all 3 accounts separately. For example we can take the Admin account ( which need to be paypal Pro account) and other accounts we can submit payments using just the paypal email address so it won't be complex or DON'T need to be 4 merchant accounts. If you provide the content we can insert the content at the same time of the development. But later we can educate you or one of your staff to how to insert data and maintain the site.
