Build a single PHP+JS page

This project is about creating a single page that expose some information about the weather. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements 1) Weather related data is taken from another web-site and it has a very simple format. It's just a bunch of numbers/strings separated by a pipe character ("|"). i.e.: the following PHP snippet can decode the target web-page and provide data to the JS script: $fcontents = @join ('', @file ('http://taget-web-page/data')); $pieces = explode('|', $fcontents); echo json_encode($pieces); 2) Information to show are the following: Hour Date External Temperature Max External temperature Min External temperature External humidity Outside dew point Barometer Barometer trend Wind speed Wind direction Max Wind speed Max Wind speed (Time) Daily rain Rain frequency Max Rain frequency Max Rain rate (Time) Rain storm Monthly Rain Total Rain Max outside temperature (Time) Min outside temperature (Time) 3) Every important information should be represented in a kind of widget (i.e.: a tachometer for information like wind speed or a thermometer for information like outside temperature). All the other information can have a textual representation inside the web page (i.e.: the time related to the maximum outside temperature). You can use every widget you want as long as the result is consistent (i.e. it look good). As an example, consider the following web-page: [login to view URL] (for who accept the project, I can provide more examples) 4) If displaying all the above information result in a too messy webpage, it should be configurable what to display. 5) The resulting page should be compatible with mobiles. 6) Technologies admitted are JS, HTML, CSS and PHP. PHP is at least necessary to avoid cross-domain issues.
