Business & Services Portal/directory website

Hi, I need a developer(s) that will design a website that will have multi purpose use, the site will be used for the following below: 1. Business & Services portal (Businesses can pay to list or advertise their business. Service providers can pay to list their or advertise their services) a. Ability to charge per business & services listing, b. ability to provide a page or multiple pages for each client with a choice of DIY 1 page design free and multiple pages pages design paid c. Ability to charge to add logo and videos d. User/clients ability to have their services and business listed but must be approved before its active e. Will need to have an app for smart devices f. Very important! There should be option to feature paying service providers and businesses on the homepage (ability to set how long the business or service providers stays on the homepage depending on how much is charged) g. YOUR INPUT IS ALLOWED! If you have anything that can be used to make the site better will be welcomed. The items below will be added to what is needed. 2. Abilility to provide news to visitors, clients and users 3. Site will also be a social network where users can register to leave comments, chat and post in forums 4.
