Cartoon Illustration (Vector/Digital Art)

Simple job, probably best for a strong digital illustrator who wants to make a little extra money on a quick job. Small Mexican Grille (restaurant) needs an illustration / cartoon to be used for their logo. They have next to no budget, this is a friend of a friend, I'm typesetting it and pre-flighting it for the same amount I'm offering for the illustration. Job specifications: - Preferably vector (or digitally traced; with STRONG solid outline work) - Either 3 Spot colors (black being one of them) or Process (RGB or CMYK is fine in this case) - Master Vector art file (.ai/.eps) or HIGH-RES artwork to be provided - Illustration is to be of a Chicken with a chef's hat, working at a grille, possibly flipping meat (these were the client's requests, I know they sound nutty, go figure) - Be prepared for up to 2 quick rounds of client revisions - Overall creative feel can be fun/funky, but not anything too goofy that would scare off a potential customer from dining at their restaurant (as if their idea isn't scary enough...).
