Convert a Template to a Website

We are using a Themeforest HTML5 Template (Canvas: [login to view URL]) to build a 20-25 page website brochure. Pages include 1) Custom pages that need to be constructed from various template content boxes, and components. There are template examples and code for each content box selected. You will only need to construct pages not content boxes (up to 15-20 pages like this - some dups) 2) Direct copies of completed template pages (ie login, 404 page, etc). within our header and footer (5 pages like this) We have already completed an image only layout of each pages and content box location so that you can visually see what we want on the page. There are 4 stages to this project each with milestones: 1) Construction of the 25 pages and links completed (draft of working website) 2) insertion of Copy (we may input directly if this is easier) 3) Upload of all graphics, video and animation 4) Design revisions and refinement We are looking for a very systematic and communicative developer that has experience specifically building webpages using templates (Canvas a big plus). We are managing several freelancers in order to complete this project and are very time sensitive that developer provide daily updates and that projects are delivered as expected. Project completion date 10 days. The first milestone must be completed in 3-5 days. Bonuses (up to 50%) available for good job and/or early completion of project.
