Convert existing website to Google Sites

I need to convert our existing website [login to view URL] to a google sites CMS. Existing website is build on drupal, which we found our hard to maintain. As most of our company data and infrastructure is based on Google apps, we would like to have even this our website in Google sites CMS.
Requested job description :
- transfer all pages to google sites, build page template if needed.
- create scripts if needed (banner slideshow, contact form,mouse-over image effect, etc)
- add a Facebook icon and "like" option to pages, similar as we have for Google+ on far bottom.
Project will be split in 3 milestones : 10% after project discussed, some demo work provided, 80% after whole site will be fully working, 10% after site will be completely transfered to us.
