I can convert bezier curves in CorelDRAW to either LINE or ARC DXF entities. In other words, instead of many very short lines, the DXF file contains as many smooth curves as possible from the CorelDRAW shapes in your drawing.

Using Tracing in corel draw, It'll be easy to convert the image into Black and White as you want to.
