Convert a website to HTML with Magento Store

We are looking to hire someone to convert our existing website into plain HTML. The website is very simple, but it is currently in WordPress. We want to completely eliminate WordPress and use only HTML and 1 PHP script for the contact us page. There is also a web store which is currently in WooCommerce that must be converted into Magento. We need all of the data, pictures, prices, shipping weights, etc converted to the new Magento store as a part of this project. The Magento store should roughly fit the look and feel of the rest of the website. We require that: 1.) The site is copied / converted fully to static HTML / HTML5 / CSS. No CMS should be used for this content. 2.) The site must be responsive for desktop and tablet / smartphones. 3.) The site must appear correctly on Chrome, IE, FireFox and Tablet and Smartphone browsers. 4.) The store must be converted to Magento 5.) All content in the store including photos, items, descriptions, prices, shipping weights, etc. must be moved to the new Magento store. 6.) The website store must be responsive for smartphones / tablets as well as desktop computers. 7.) The website had our product images on the main page, but disappeared when WordPress was updated - we will need 4 product images to be placed back where they had been on the main page. We want to change one of the products shown on that page to a different product at the same time. 8.) The Contact us form must work and submit emails to our office. 9.) All links inside the website must be relative so they work with http:// or https:// The website is: www.ewertenergy.com.
