Create an Animation Based on Existing Storyboard and Draft Voiceover

Hi Freelancers, We're looking to create an animation for The Global Society ([login to view URL]). It needs to be around 90 seconds long and we have already created a storyboard and a draft voiceover (see the very rough outline we've created, which is attached). The individual image files are also attached. You will need to be a skilled drawer as we want to use our main brand character, Norbert, so you will need to be able to draw Norbert and his 'friend' Nina (who has not yet been created) in different situations.
