Create an Animation of a Logo

I want to animate the attached logo making the handle pull down and the letters in "SPINNER" to spin. See the attached GIF animated pink slot machine ([login to view URL]). Notice how the handle is pulled down, then released and the wheels start spinning with the first one stopping, then the second and lastly the third. We want the same effect on the attached brandspinner logo. The handle should be pulled down, then released, and the wheels should spin, and they should stop in order starting with the "S", then the "P", then the "I", then the first "N", then the second "N", then the "E" and finally, the "R". 1. I need an animated GIF of this that animates once, then stops on the final logo 2. I need another animated GIF of this that animates three times, then stops on the final logo 3. I need another animated GIF of this that continuously loops the animation 4. I need 100% vector Adobe Illustrator .AI for each animation frame; this can be one .AI file with each frame in it's own well named layer or individual .AI files for each frame named in numerical order of their sequence. 5. Lastly, I need a PNG export of each of the AI frames alson named in numerical order GIF images should be 213x80; PNG exports should be 1000px wide
