Create an Audio/Video/Photo sharing site with live streaming

Please read the project details carefully, and do not submit a generic bid. Please submit a bid specific to this project, or it will not be considered. I want something similar in concept (but not design) to [login to view URL] that will be a bit more social, and with live interaction with live streaming audio and live streaming video bloggers from listeners via text chat and via voice with moderator permission. I have [login to view URL] for this use. Presently there's nothing on the page. It's what I purchased a while back for this project, but never did anything with. I would like a much nicer layout and design with an AJAX interface or something quicker at loading and easier to navigate/easier on the eyes. I like a clean interface. Sort of Google Plus/YouTube style. Maybe light grey rather than blaring white. I don't know. But I don't care for (nor does ANYONE) a busy interface. Nice drop down menus, well labeled buttons, easy sign up, easy account management, simple profile page etc. FEATURES: • Live streaming audio (with archiving to profile of streamer) • Live streaming of custom radio • Live streaming video (with archiving to profile of streamer) • Live texting to any live streamer (similar to [login to view URL]) • The ability to call in would be pretty cool too (similar to [login to view URL]) • Upload of any video file • Upload of any audio file • Upload of any image file • Profile page for all users (with sections for audio, video, about me, blog, contact me etc.) • Private messaging between users • Groups • Pages for public figures and businesses • Friending, unfriending, following • + or – of user posts to show like or dislike • Permalinks based on user profile i.e. [login to view URL] • Usernames as URL’s i.e. [login to view URL] • User email box (actual email) based on their username - username [at] [login to view URL] • User Blogs • Upgrades for paid subscribers such as larger mailboxes, ability to include their ads etc… I want pretty much any kind of media. Video (live and archive), Audio (live and archive) with the ability to live text and video/audio converse with moderator consent, as well as the ability to upload recordings, mp3's etc. that weren't made on the site. One site that sort of does it all when it comes to sharing media. 2GB mailbox integrated somehow with the interface so people can live email a cast. Wouldn't have to be Plesk, but I do have Plesk available. Whatever works easiest and integrates best. I want them to be able to send and receive actual email from it and even add the mailbox to their smartphones. Complete website, databases, interface as well as logo will have to be designed in this project. I don't care what you use to build it, as long as it functions, loads quickly, has the features, and a great interface.
