We require renderings, including landscape plotting, for two small residential projects.

We have a 3D rendering of the exterior of one house, and a picture of the other house, both of which are to be overlaid on appropriate landscaping, with added texture etc for marketing purposes.

The renderings are to be completed by April 1, 2015. There will be no retainer deposit paid, payment will be 100% payable on successful completion of the site to our standards. Unfortunately we have had bad experiences paying deposits through this site.
