We need a workflow application designed in PHP and MySQL to upload files, review them by an group-administrator and approve them. The Application may have the following tables and references: 1) User authentication 2) Roles: admin, group-admin, user 3) A User Profile: Name, Address, Coordinates, Public (yes/no) 4) Case General Description: Name, Description, 8 more text fields, up to 3 images 5) File Upload: File, Name, Reference to the case (4), Ref to the user (1), date, note 6) Notification : From user (1), To user (2), Case (4), note 7) Case progress: Reference to case (4), User (1), start day, last update, status Role Actions: User: * A User can resend his password to his registered email. * A User can apply to a case (4) ** When applied to a case the user must submit documentation (1 PDF and up to four Videos, Fotos or PDF documents) ** If the group-admin does not accept the user receives an Email and may upload again the documents * A User can update his profile -- Overview: Will show all registered Cases and the progress of approval Group-Admin * A Group-Admin can create/edit other users assigned to him * A Group-Admin receives notifications when a user submits a file for a case * A Group-Admin can view the submitted files ** The Group-Admin can add a note for the user and can deny the approval ** If the Group-Admin approves the Documents the Case will be marked completed for the user. --- Overview: Will see all cases, The number of applied and concluded users from his group Administrator * The Administrator may change roles (to Group-Admin or Administrator) * The Administrator may change users to One other group-admins --- Overview: Will see all cases, The number of applied and concluded users The Design may adapt to the existing website: [login to view URL]
