Design Animated GIF Ad -- Fast Turnaround

Design a high quality 120 x 60 animated GIF ad, 15k max file size. Please create two versions of the same ad, one with infinite looping and one with 15 second max looping. Ad will have three screens: 1. Save $$$ 2. Free Download! 3. Cellfire logo (file attached to this project description.) Ad should provide good contrast so that it is noticed on a crowded web page, but connote a tasteful and professional tone. Text should be as large and legible as possible. I would like to see at least two unique versions of this ad and will require unlimited revisions on the selected version until it meets my satisfaction.
