Design&Coding for IPB Forums

Hello, we're looking for someone who is able to do a Design for IPBoard or maybe vBBoard(we're not sure yet which one meet our requirements best) and also Code it so we can use it. Most Important is you love what you're doing and don't see this as a "job". We're not in rush, you can take your time to finish everything. Theme should be Warez/Media releated.
